Operations Manager/Front of House

Part time (20 hours) & full time

We are looking for the right person to take over running of our entire operation, both digitally and physically. As a member of a young business, the role holder must be capable of thinking on their feet and creatively exploring new ways to communicate and engage with our valued clients. The role will involve managing our CRM, booking and payment system. It will involve regular interaction with members and clients so being a people person with an outgoing personality will help massively.

  • Flexibility to perform tasks outside of normal duties as required

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer relationship management, marketing, payment and client booking systems

  • Responsible for accurately billing clients each month

  • Manage and oversee services provided by external third parties

  • Managing inventory of stock 

  • Engaging in a basic level of in person and phone sales to enquiries from potential clients 

  • Greet clients upon arrival 

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

  • Very strong IT skills, comfortable with managing and implementing digital software 

  • Analytical mindset with an ability to actively seek solutions to complex problems

  • Proficient in managing and analysing data in Microsoft Excel

  • Comfortable with invoicing and creating reports in Microsoft Word

  • Experience managing a small operation is desirable

Desirable Competencies 

  • Experience working with complex customer relationship management systems and website development.

Trainers/Coaches: SGPT, 1-1 & 2-1 Personal Training

Full Time / Part Time / Contractor Role

We are looking to grow our team with people who are the right fit and are suitably qualified to coach our Small Group Personal Training Sessions along with 1-1 and Semi Private Personal Training sessions.

We are primarily looking for a full time coach, employed with paid holidays and many other benefits. We also have openings for part time employed coaches and contractors.
